Lobster tails are so easy to cook, grilled, boiled, fried or whatever else you can do to them. Overcooked, they turn to rubber. It doesn't take long. I went to the food network website. They have tons of recipes for lobster tails. I think I'll skewer a couple for me and Vickie this weekend. I have deep fried them before. Incredible.
