For Four:
2 lbs Georgia shrimp shell on
2 lbs small red potatoes
1 lb kielbasa
1 lb Andouille
4 ears corn
2 Lemons halved and juiced in pot
3-4 bay leaves
1 cup Old Bay or Zatarains

In a big pot, add one gallon water, bay leaves, Old Bay, lemons and lemon juice. Bring mixture to a boil, simmer for 20 minutes. Bring back to a boil, add potatoes, cook until about half done, add corn, bring back to boil, add shrimp and sausage. When shrimp starts coming to the top, your low country is ready to eat.
