1 large can Cream Of Mushroom soup
2 can Creamed Corn plus 1 can Cut Corn
1 pkg. Frozen Crawfish Tails
1 bunch green onions
1/2 jar minced garlic
1 qt. half and half
Salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning to taste
A little bit of sherry is also good when added just before serving
Saute garlic and green onions until soft. Mix other ingredients in a Crock Pot, add onions and garlic and season. Cook on low for three hours, then on high for one hour.
