  • Cut your lobster up the soft tail membrane.
  • Using two hands, push the meat away from the shell out of the cut area so that the meat sort of hanging out.
  • Baste with melted butter, lemon juice and garlic if you like. Heat the grill to about 375.
  • Cook hard shell down for 4 minutes while basting the meat.
  • Turn over and grill for 3 minutes.
  • Voila! Ready to eat!
