  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Ground black pepper, to taste
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lb wahoo fish, cut into strips
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped


  1. Mix sour cream, salt, pepper, and lime juice together in a bowl.
  2. Toss green onions in sour cream mixture.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and place the fish, seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook for about 6 minutes per side.
  4. Heat tortillas in the microwave for 30 seconds.
  5. Assemble taco by filling it with the fish, sour cream mixture, and cilantro.
