One pound of Tom's fresh Atlantic shrimp2 quarts of water1/2 to 1 cup Old Bay or Zatarain's shrimp/crab boilOne lemon quartered, squeeze juice in pot. drop lemon in pot Bay leafBoil water, old bay or zatarain's, lemon/lemon juice and bay leaf for about 25 minutes.Bring to rolling boilDrop in shrimpTurn off heat after one minute, cover and wait until shrimp starts floating up.Take it out, serve on bed of ice or put in fridge until chilled.Serve with Tom's Awesome Seafood Sauce Peel, dip and eatMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMfor 2 lbs of shrimp, use minimum one cup seasoning.
