1 1/4 LB Tom's Awesome Seafood peeled and de-veined shrimp
1/2 CUP dry breadcrumbs
3 TBS finely chopped fresh parsley
1 TSP grated lemon rind
1/4 TSP salt
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 TBS fresh lemon juice
4 TSP olive oil

Place shrimp in baking dish coated with cooking spray. Combine breadcrumbs and next 4 ingredients, stir in juice and oil. Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture over shrimp. Bake at 400 for 13 minutes or until shrimp are done and breadcrumbs are lightly browned.
