1 lb crab
1 cup saltine crackers, crushed
Water to moisten saltines
2T finely chopped green pepper
2T finely chopped green onion
1T Dijon mustard
Salt, pepper, and Old Bay to taste
4T melted butter
- Mix beaten egg, moistened cracker crumbs, vegetables, seasonings, and 2T of the butter.
- Gently fold in the crab.
- Lightly pile crab mixture into four large seashells or small dishes.
- Brush with remaining melted butter.
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
