Lemon-Soy Marinade:
- â…” cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed and sliced
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 lemon, grated and zested
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs, tarragon, rosemary or thyme (optional)
Avocado Butter:- 1(approximately ½ pound) avocado (ripe, but not over ripe)
- ½cupunsalted butter,softened to room temperature
- 1½teaspoonslemon juice
- ½teaspoon ground cumin
- ¼teaspoonsalt
- freshly ground black pepper
