Tip of the day

SCOTTISH SALMON SALAD

Top your fish with salt(pinch) white pepper(1/4 teaspoon) garlic powder (1/4 teaspoon).  Bake your Scottish Salmon @ 400degrees for 16-18 minutes/150+ degrees.  Next, refrigerate your cooked salmon.  Shred,or buy shredded, one half of one head of iceberg lettuce.  Place lettuce into medium mixing bowl. Add one-quarter cup cold mayonnaise, 1/2 tsp OLD BAY SEASONING, one TBSP fresh lemon juice to the bowl.  Now, take your cold salmon and flake it into the bowl, not too small, just nice flakes. Next, add the secret ingredient--one TBSP DILL, fresh if possible.  Gently mix all ingredients and serve in cold(fridge) bowls. Enjoy!!!!!!

I have personally enjoyed Tom's Fresh Scottish Salmon on several occasions and find it incredibly delicious! The icy-cold waters of Scotland make a fabulous Salmon!!!!
