Tip of the dayThese brats are a perfect size and grill great. Most folks know how to grill brats, but if you're a little rusty, do a medium heat for about 5 minutes a side making sure you don't cook them too fast as the skin wil get tough. I served it with chopped onions and sauerkraut on a big bun and lathered it with mustard. We had slaw, pasta and beans as sides. MMMMMMM I wish all of you could have been at my house Saturday night.
