Allen's Big Green Egg Grouper Recipe

  1. Set the temperature up high on the Big Green Egg
  2. Oil the grill
  3. Drizzle olive oil on both sides
  4. Sprinkle a little blackened spice on both sides of the fish
  5. Grill for six minutes on each side to an interior temperature of 120 degrees.
