Marinated meagre fillet in a grill pan

fresh Meagre filets
lemon juice from half lemon
olive oil
button mushrooms
cherry tomatoes


Fresh meagre fillets marinate in olive oil, salt, white pepper and a few drops of lemon juice. Leave it inside the refrigerator for an hour so that it soaks up the marinade.

Preparation time (marination): 70 minutes

Baking time: 4 minutes

Step 1:
Bake the fillets in a heated pan that you have previously oiled slightly to prevent the fillet from sticking to the pan. Bake for two minutes on each side together with the vegetables so that the juices and flavors mix together.

Step 2:
Serve on a hot plate and add a bit of olive oil.
